Everyone who has a subordinate employees within an organisation called the manager. Managers have a fundamental duty management (includes planning, organising, directing, command, control and evaluation) as follows:

- Production Manager. (a) Responsible for the process inputs (input) and the output power source (output) product produced by the business organisation. (b) Attempting to how to make products effectively and efficiently and favoured by the consumer.
- Marketing Manager. Responsible about product how can a company that has produced up to the consumer.
- Finance Manager. Responsible for how to obtain funds from sources that most of the most inexpensive and easy to embed return to the most profitable assets.
- Human Resources Manager (HRM). Responsible for the procurement, placement, development and human resources loyalty organisation whose organisational skills required.
- Research Manager. Responsible for the gratification of consumers / customers through the creation, development and variation of products / business that is constantly changing /evolving with the development of research on consumer tastes and needs, as well as research on raw materials used for consumer satisfaction.
